Aim: To provoke and seduce the obsessively neat partner out of the compulsive neatness mode and into the sphere of sexual play. To counter the fear of neatness of the slob-spouse.

Game Plan: The spouse who is the slob becomes the activist of this game, surprising the obsessively controlling partner at some appropriate time—perhaps on the weekend when the controlling spouse usually does the cleaning. On this particular day, the slob-spouse, well before the neat spouse has even awakened, begins scrubbing the floors, dusting the tables, washing the walls, polishing the furniture, sponging the windows, redoing the dishes, sanitizing the toilet, and even wiping off the light bulbs—all while in the buff.

The neat spouse wakes up, views this nude spouse-turned-cleaning-pro with incredulity, and probably exclaims, “What are you doing?”
